Desing concept

In pursuit of an authentic tropical ambiance, we've embraced a design that avoids extensive paving, allowing the villa to be embraced by soft sand and naturally flourishing vegetation.

A distinctive feature of this villa is its inner courtyard, which seamlessly links various sections of the home, serving as a tranquil focal point. Enveloped in cooling shade, adorned with sand and flourishing palm trees, this courtyard not only connects but also shields residents from the scorching sun, providing a haven of comfort and serenity.

The villa comprises four interconnected blocks, with two at ground level overlapped by another two perpendicular blocks above. This layout offers a distinct functional division and penetrates the villa with a spacious, open ambiance. Moreover, it enables extensive use of glass, ensuring both privacy and shading, while fostering a seamless connection with the surrounding nature.

These volumes are adorned with stunning parametric canopies that serve to shade the inner courtyards and beach terrace. These canopies are not solid entities but rather consist of multiple hexagonal panels with openings. This design choice allows for effective shading while preserving natural daylight, facilitating ventilation, and preventing the canopy itself from overheating.

Materials and architectural details

The villa's exteriors are elegantly clad in a monolithic material known as GFRC (glass fiber-reinforced concrete), lending it the warmth and texture of natural materials while exceptional resilience against environmental factors. Vertical seams in the GFRC paneling contribute to a sense of order along the extensive facades.

Continuing the theme, both interior flooring and outdoor terraces boast poured concrete finishes, echoing the aesthetic of the villa's exteriors.

Copper anodized aluminum serves as a prominent accent throughout the villa's design. The pièce de resistance of the villa's aesthetics is embodied by two striking canopies, while anodized aluminum is also employed in crafting all door and window frames, adding a touch of sophistication and durability to the architectural composition.

Street-facing facade

When viewed from the street, the villa presents a striking volumetric facade that maintains its expressive character. However, through the incorporation of smaller openings, it ensures a heightened sense of privacy.

At ground level, a substantial facade opening is discreetly concealed by fluted aluminum panels, housing both the entrance to the house and the imposing garage door. Despite the appearance of enclosure, the spaces behind these panels are suffused with natural light and maintain a visual connection with the rest of the residence.

The street-facing garage, while concealed from public view, features a full glass wall on the opposite side that opens into the inner courtyard. This unique design element allows a splendid automobile to be showcased from any vantage point on the ground floor while preserving complete privacy from the street.

Evening elegance

As the evening descends, this villa transforms into a vision of serene beauty. Gentle accent lighting casts a soothing ambiance, creating the perfect setting for relaxation. With open windows, the gentle sea breeze permeates the interior, offering a truly enchanting outdoor experience.
